Product Information
Are you getting inconsistent results, despite testing the same equipment under the same circumstances? Has any of your equipment lost functionality, or is it starting to become challenging to use effectively, due to age and frequency of use? If you said yes to any of these questions, it’s a good time to have your equipment services – before it breaks and may need to be replaced entirely.
The typical turnaround time for SRP’s equipment repair service is 2 weeks for most standard calibrations. However, depending on repairs, complexity of an instrument, specialty parts needed to be ordered, this time frame can vary. Although this isn’t a question that can be answered generally, the good news is that when you book your calibration or repair services with us, we’ll be able to quote you a time for completion that we’re sure you’ll be happy with.
If you’re looking to have equipment either calibrated or repaired, the SRP repair process begins by submitting a request for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number through our website or by contacting us. Then you can ship us your instrument. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the instrument and then either calibrate or repair the equipment for you, based on your needs.
